Confirmed bookings can be changed or cancelled at a later date. Your bookings can be found in your dashboard under Bookings > Bookings.
Confirmed bookings have the status Confirmed in the booking overview. To edit a booking, click on the booking you wish to edit.
How can I change a booking?
Here, you have the option to change an existing booking.
This option should be used when you have already agreed with the customer (e.g. via telephone or email) for the booking to be rearranged to a specific date.
Select the agreed date and time and write your customer a message. Then, click on Alter booking.
You must confirm the booking once more by clicking on Yes - I would like to alter booking.
The customer will receive a booking confirmation and a ticket with the new information. You can also view the changed data in the booking overview.
How do I propose a new date?
This option should be used if you have not yet consulted with the customer. It allows you to offer the customer an alternative date, which they can either accept or refuse.
To do this, select a date and time and write your customer a message. In the message, you should explain why you would like to change the booking. Once you've done so, click on propose alternative appointment.

The customer will receive a change request via email. They can choose to accept or refuse this request. You will receive the customer's response via email and can view it in your account. Depending on their answer, you may then need to process the booking further.
