For bookings made via a partner account, the ticket, sales receipt and e-mail template will be sent "white label". The following example shows what the customer documents and correspondence will look like.
Example
The customer's booking is made via the POS of the partner account "Esterel Cote d'Azur". The offer in question comes from the operator "Esterel Aventures".
1. Ticket
The logo, address and contact details of the operator will be displayed on the ticket.
2. Sales receipt
The logo, information and signature of the partner account will be printed on the sales receipt.
3. E-mail templates
The logo and signature of the partner account will be displayed on the order confirmation e-mail.
Important
The booking confirmation email and tickets are sent without logo and signature. If you use your own email template, this will be used.
