You might have already worked with multi-users. We extended the feature with user-roles to increase the usability of your management process.
1. Multi-User Groups
You have the possibility to create User-Groups with individual rights for your dashboard. You can create them based on your departments or of the employee's tasks. You can manage the permissions of each single roles.
Go over Settings > Multi-User Group

Example
Your company got over 5 different departments with 10 employees each. Every part got different tasks and permissions/rights. With these User roles, you are able to set the permissions for each department. After that, you just have to choose in which department the new user is and then the rights will be automatically set.
1.1 How to create Multi-User Groups
To create a User Group you click over the button "+ Add User Group"
2. Multi-User Access
Go over Settings>Multi-User Access to see the multi-user which you already created.
For each multi-user rights can be modified individually. Click on "the pen" of the user to edit the rights.

Under "User roles" you can assign the existing multi-user to your various Multi-User Groups
3. How to add a new Multi-User ?
Click on the button "+ Add Email address" for a new multi-user.
Add the Email address of the new user and assign to the various Multi-User Groups.
