1. What is the Regiondo review module?
You will get reviews from your customers by using the Regiondo review module. With the reviews it is possible to create statistics and you get a personal feedback from your customers. The Regiondo review module means that every customer will get an E-Mail with a request for a review.

Principle of verified purchases
We want to guarantee that only actual buyers/visitors get the chance of reviewing your products. With this we want to make sure that true reviews are the only ones that show up on your website, to provide you and your business with true transparency and integrity.

2.1 When does the system send the request?
The system will send the mail about 48 hours after the appointment or the time of validation. The second E-Mail, the reminder, will be send 24 days later.
Note:
The second Mail will be send after 24 days and the possibility to write a review ends after 28 days.
2.2 How does the email with the review request looks like?
The customer has the chance to give stars and to write a comment to the appointment in the email.
3. Where can I find the statistics about my reviews?
You can find the button "statistics" on the landing page of your dashboard. There you find the statistics for your reviews as well.
4. How can I see and filter the reviews from my customers?
New function: Sort by event date
You can sort your reviews by event date. So you have the possibility to analyze exactly which event was the base of an review.
Go to Reviews in your Regiondo Dashboard.
There you can see an overview of all your received reviews from your customer.

And you are able to search in your reviews and to use filters.
You can filter your reviews with the following criteria:
- Review date
- Product
- Category
- Guide
- Rating
- Status
- Event Date
5. How to reply a customer review?
Click on the review which you want to reply. There you can fill in your name and the message for the customer.
Your answer will be visible in your shop as well if the review is displayed.

You can reply to a review only from an Operator account, this cannot be done from a Partner account.
6. How to export my reviews?
Go to your review overview. There you can click on the "export" button. You can download all your reviews in a .XLS file.

8. How to show my reviews on my website/shop ?
You can share and display all of your newest reviews as a widget on your Website/Shop.

When you have a partner account go to Widget configuration > Review Widget in the dashboard.

- Number of reviews: Decide how many reviews should be displayed in this review widget.
- Color scheme: Design your Widget, so that it fits best into your website
8.2 Offer Selection
Select the offers from which you want to show your reviews.
You should always choose the offers which are described on the page where you want to enter the review module. For example, when you have a page which is all about a Segway Tour in Hamburg, you should only choose this offer to display it.
Also when you want to show your reviews on your first landing page when there is no specific product displayed, you can just choose your best performance offers to show the reviews to your visitors.
