You can use Zapier to combine the information from your Regiondo system with other services like your Google Calendar.
Connecting Regiondo and Google Calendar through Zapier allows you:
- to automatically add your new Regiondo bookings your personal / company calendar
- to update booking entries in your calendar if a booking was altered
- to delete booking entries in your calendar if a booking was canceled
For each of these actions, you need to create a separate Zap. In total you need to set up 3 Zaps.
Add new event to Google Calendar:
Creates a new event in your Google calendar if a new booking is placed.
1. Zap structure:
- Step 1 - Regiondo trigger: New booking placed
- Step 2 - Google Calendar action: Create Detailed Event
2. Zap setup – Google Calendar:
Please define the following information for this Zap:
- Calendar: Select the calendar in which events should be added
- Describe event: the description/summary of the calendar event. Click on the button on the right side of the field to get a list of variables from Regiondo. This way the fields will be automatically filled out for each new booking.
- Please include the booking number because it is necessary for the other Zaps.
- Start/ End Date & Time: select the variables from Regiondo to add the start time and end time. For the start time, select the variable “event date time” // for end time, select the variable “event date time” and add duration value + m (minutes) OR h (hour) OR d (days) at the end (note: all your products need to have the same duration format e.g. minutes/hours/days)
- Attendees: Here you can choose 'Contact data email' if wanted
Result:
- new bookings will appear with the selected information in your Google calendar
- your attendee gets an invitation if the ´contact data email´ is added in the Attendees field)

Please note that each booking of a time slot is added to the calendar individually. There is no way to bundle these bookings and only display the event as a whole
