In order to access bookings from the time before you used Regiondo, you need to import them to the Regiondo system.
Attention
A maximum of 20 tickets can be imported per booking.
Tip
If you want to import only a few bookings, you can also add them manually via the POS booking functionality.
1. Manage export and import
1.1 Inform us
To use this functionality, inform your contact person about your plans. The functionality will be activated afterwards and is free of charge.
1.2 Export bookings from another system
Create the export in your previous system with file format .xls, .xlsx or .csv and you are good to go.
1.3 Fill the template with your data
Click on Bookings and again on Bookings to see the button "Import bookings" in the upper right. Behind this button, you will find a template, which you can download in your preferred file format.
Open it and fill the first sheet "Migration" with the export file data from your previous system. Additional information like your current Ids and Barcode Types can be found in the second and third sheet. After you are finished, save the updated template file on your computer.

1.4 Import bookings report
After importing the bookings, you will receive a report by email to check if the bookings have been successfully uploaded. You will also receive a notification with the link to download the report in your dashboard. When the bookings were placed correctly, they will be marked as successful in the status column. If an error occurred during the migration, the upload is displayd as unsuccessful. The additional column note contains the information why the placement was unsuccessful.
Automatic timeslot creation
The upload will generate timeslots if they are not created yet. The upload will also overbook timeslots if capacity is limited.
2. Troubleshooting
2.1 My upload did not work, some or all bookings were not uploaded?
It can happen that bookings or complete import will not work. The reason for this can be found in the wrong column headers or missing content. Another reason can be that the import is limited to 1000 bookings.
2.2 How can I see which bookings were imported and which were not imported?
After your upload, you will receive an e-mail with a detailed report, which will show you in detail, which specific bookings were not uploaded.
3. Change imported bookings
You can change imported postings in the same way as not imported bookings. For more details, click here.
4. Payment status
If you import bookings via sheet, the bookings are marked as Paid in the booking overview.
5. Cancel imported bookings
You can cancel the imported booking in complete or in part and offer a refund via money or value voucher. The customer receives an automatic cancellation email. To find out how to cancel a booking, click here.
