Important
The "Ticket Validation" function is not mandatory for receiving your payouts. It is intended to provide a better overview.
1. Which possibilities do I have to validate tickets?
All of these methods work the same for value vouchers.
Tickets, which were bought online, must be validated. You can do this with the barcode or the QR-Code. You can see both codes on the Regiondo ticket below:
- red = barcode
- blue = QR-Code
You have to check the codes with your data. There are 2 ways to check the validity:
- Smartphone: Download the Regiondo App for Android and iOS. Use the smartphone camera to validate the tickets. Open the app and use the camera function of the Regiondo app. Hold the smartphone in a suitable distance to the barcode and the app will identify the code automatically.
- Manually: You find a sequence of numbers below the code. Enter the numbers here in your dashboard manually.
Regiondo offers a total of 4 possibilities to validate your tickets:
- Regiondo Dashboard (online and offline)
- Regiondo online service (online)
- iOS App
- Android App
1.1 Regiondo Dashboard (online and offline)
Go to ticket validation > validate tickets. You have the option to enter your ticketcode there.
If you need to validate more than one ticket click + additional ticket to enter the next one.
Please click send when you entered all codes.
More than a few tickets?
If you need to validate a lot of tickets offline, please use an excel sheet and upload the file later. You find the template here or click download list in your dashboard.
When you open the template please enter all codes in the list. Save the file as a .xls or .xlsx. To upload the list click select a file, choose the file and click upload list.
Note
While you can validate value vouchers, the validation does not make the actual voucher invalid. You can make value vouchers invalid in your Dashboard » Ticket Validation » Check Code.

2.4 Ticketcode (Number / Barcode)
Each Regiondo ticket has a ten-digit ticket code consisting of two letters and eight digits (between the two asterisks). This code must contain your personal three-digit verification number.
You will find this in your activation e-mail and in your operator portal. If this is not included, your ticket is not valid. The ticket code is unique and serves as the simplest verification feature.
You are welcome to check the tickets redeemed in your operator profile and redeem the credit directly.
Alternatively, the code is also given in the form of a barcode, which can be decrypted with a scanner.
