Creating 'Early Bird' tickets
Early Bird tickets may be a way of pushing sales for you. In essence, it means offering a lower price than usual. Basically a customer decides on buying a product earlier than the average customer does. This option gives you more planning reliability thanks to the bigger time span in between booking and visiting your compay.
To create an early bird ticket, simply go to Manage Offers > My Offers. Now pick the offer you would like to change.

Go to step 3 'Tickets' and either click 'edit' on an existing price list or add a new one by clicking '+create new price list'.
Simply click '+add price category' and add all the information for your new category such as name, price, etc. If you already offer multiple categories such as adult and child, it may be a good idea to add an early bird price for every single one separately, like in the example above.
Lastly, you will need to adjust the 'Sale Date' for your new price. Click the gear wheel on the right and set it up for your desired period of time. This is where you decide the time span you would like to support the early bird status and price. Customers buying your product in that particular time span will be able to make use of the early bird prices.

Important:
You may want to also push your early bird prices up by clicking the up arrow icon to make them more visible in your shop. You can also select your early bird price as 'main price' if you desire, to enhance them even more.
