Register with Civitatis
In order to be able to sell your offers on Civitatis, you must also be registered with Civitatis alongside your Regiondo account and manually set up your offers there.

The Civitatis connectivity allows you to exchange the following offer and booking information with them:
- availability
- bookings
- ticket codes and barcodes
- cancellations
Civitatis does not support
- the exchange of prices or content from your products.
- the exchange of availabilities for offers requiring manual booking approval
1. Connect your Civitatis and Regiondo accounts
You’ll need to agree to the cooperation in your Regiondo account. To do this, go to the menu Dashboard » Channel Manager.
Click “Edit” next to the Civitatis Sales Channel:
Activate the channel:
Select the products you want to connect by activating the checkboxes
Save your settings
Contact your Civitatis Destination Manager and send them the names and Product IDs of the Regiondo products you want to connect, as well as their matching equivalent in Civitatis.

Regiondo Product Name: Sample Tour
Regiondo Product ID: 12345
Civitatis Product Name: Sample Tour Civitatis
Civitatis Product ID: 67890
Civitatis will then map your products accordingly and inform you, once the connection is established.
Important
After the connection is done, availability changes should only be done in Regiondo!
2. General settings:
1. All connected products must accept new bookings automatically
2. The bookings placed via Civitatis need to be cancelled via the Civitatis customer support.
Cancelling the bookings in the Regiondo dashboard will NOT notify Civitatis and therefore will not change the booking status at Civitatis.
3. By using Civitatis, Regiondo charges you a ticket fee but no additional system fee or payment fee. Civitatis will charge you according to the fees, which you negotiated with them.
3. Civitatis booking examples
- Once your offers are connected, all bookings placed via Civitatis will automatically appear in your Regiondo dashboard.
- All information about the booking will be sent directly from Civitatis.
- From now on, you can view all bookings – regardless of sales channel – from your Regiondo account in Booking Overview.
- On the booking page, you will be able to retrieve the booking information from your customer as usual
