Tip
For a better overview, you should create a separate offer for each product type (e.g. for each type of bicycle), because this can then be displayed more clearly in the overview, i.e. the catalog widget.
1. Product creation
1.1 Basic data
As in the "normal" product creation, you will be asked about basic information for the product in the first step.
1.2 Details
In the second step, you explain the important details. You don't need to use full sentences here, but rather present information in a way that can be remembered easily.
Note
The more customers know what to expect from your offer, the higher the probability of a purchase! With small extras, such as a casual reception with wine, your offer will stand out and be preferred by customers.
1.3 Tickets
First, you need to determine a price list. These are parent categories in which your ticket prices will be stored. It’s possible to create different types of price lists - for example, price lists with seasonal rates for summer and winter. You can also subdivide the price list according to the language of the activity, as long as several languages are offered in different time periods.
You can also set the maximum number of tickets available if a limit exists.
The next step is to define ticket categories. You might, for example, choose to differentiate between 24 and 48 hours of renting.
You can then define your prices in more detail:
The original price is the strike through price for when a lower online price is defined.
The VAT will be set and you can determine whether the ticket category should be visible for the customer.
The price selected as "main price" should be the price that will appear next to your product when it is advertised.

Be aware that if you decide to set the child price as the main price, the product will always appear alongside this price. This gives a misleading image to the customer, since this price might not be the one that is appropriate for them.
For more settings, you can click on the right-hand side. There, you can add a detailed description of your tickets, the validity of the ticket can be specified and the maximum quantity of tickets per customer per order can be set.
Especially for rentals, it is important to specify the duration and connect the resources.
If you want to get more information about how to add and connect resources visit this article.
1.4 Validity
For a rental offer please choose between those two options:
- Fix dates and times: If you have many specific dates with many times, you can set the same timeslots for every date.
- Recurring appointments/dates: When you rent your bikes every weekend, for example
1.5 Location
Inform the customer where the offer is taking place.
The location name is the meeting point, for example “Regiondo Bike Rentals”.
For the street address, you can either enter the exact address of the meeting point or one nearby. You can also drag the pin to the desired place or describe the way to the meeting place below.

1.6 Pictures and videos
In the last step, you have the option to attach pictures and videos to your offer. The recommended size for the images is 1200x800px. When selecting pictures, please use the Regiondo image guideline. You can also find this link in your Regiondo dashboard.
1.7 Preview
The last step shows you an overview of your rental offer. All the information you have just entered will be displayed. Take the opportunity to go through all of your data again and make sure that you haven’t forgotten anything or made any mistakes. The formatting may have changed.
If you are satisfied with your rental offer, you’ll find the option to publish it on the top right-hand side.
