The customer can redeem their purchased value voucher via the ticket shop on your website.
To do this, they must choose their desired experience from your range and place it in their shopping cart. They can then enter the code on their value voucher under the heading Redeem value voucher/ coupon code.
The amount of the value voucher will be deducted from the total price. If the value of the voucher is less than the total price of the booking, the customer must pay the difference via one of the available payment methods.
If the value of the voucher exceeds the total price of the booking, the total cost of the order will come to € 0.00. The customer can then redeem the remaining voucher credit against further bookings.
Important
The value voucher code cannot be be combined with other vouchers or discount codes.
Note
You can redeem more than one value voucher to a cart (POS and ticket shop).
You can redeem your value voucher or coupon code in the checkout process, or in the POS. You can also add multiple codes by entering them one behind the other one, separated by a comma.
