When you click on Columns you can select many different columns that you would like to display. The columns are sorted under the categories “product information”, “booking information”, “buyer information”, “participant information” and “order options”. The columns can be put together in every way that suits your purpose the best.

4. How to find my participants
To find your participants You can select the columns under the category “participant information” and sort the list by them. Also, you can select whether you only want to display the participants of today or tomorrow with a click on the buttons.
In the top left corner above the list you can find a search bar where you can type in keywords to search for specific participants and in the top left corner you can select many different filters to get a better overview. To start a search at least three letters must be entered.
Searchable information's are:
- product ID
- product name
- order ID
- booking ID
- first name of the buyer
- last name of the buyer
- email of the buyer
- phone number of the buyer
- name of the attendee
5. How to export my participant list
With a click on “Export” you can export your participant list as CSV, XLS or XLSX. It will then be downloaded.
|CSV||A CSV (comma-separated values) file is a special type of file that you can create or edit in Excel. Instead of storing information in columns, information in CSV files is separated by commas. This files do not contain multiple sheets.|
|XLS||The XLS file extension stands for the Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet binary format and applies to formats created with Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program such as OpenOffice Calc or LibreOffice.|
|XLSX||The abbreviation "XLSX" stands for "XML Spreadsheet" and is based on the Office Open XML file format introduced by Microsoft with the release of Microsoft Office 2007.|
