In October 2023, we introduced a new 2-Year Availability Limit for all offers to ensure that our system remains agile and capable of embracing upcoming enhancements.
When defining the Availability in the Validity definition of the offer creation process (Step 4), the end date can not be longer than 2 years from the start date.
If the end date is more than 2 years from the start date, you will receive this dialogue and will need to adjust before you can proceed.
Please note that there is no impact on existing offers defined before this limit was introduced, they will not be impacted and no changes are necessary on your part. This limit applies only to all offers created moving forward.
