Below are the steps to follow to share your Regiondo offers with Cap Adrénaline
1. Go to Channel Manager
Log in to your Regiondo dashboard.
In Channel Manager select Sales channels and search for “Cap Adrénaline”.
2. Modify the Channel
Next to the “Cap Adrénaline” channel, click on the “Pen” icon.
3. Activate the channel
Select the products you wish to connect and activate the channel by clicking on “Activate channel”.
4. Register
Don't forget to save your settings once you've finished.
5. Sending an e-mail
Send an e-mail to Cap Adrenaline at partenaires@cap-adrenaline.com, indicating your company name, e-mail address, the names of the offers and the IDs of the products you wish to connect.
Important
Although it is possible to make cancellations from your Regiondo dashboard, it is preferable to do it via Cap Adrénaline. For cancellations received more than 5 days after the service date, the service provider will be responsible for reimbursing the end customer.
Refunds:
A partner may cancel a confirmed booking with date passed :
- Up to the 20th of the month for a service performed between the 1ᵉʳ and the 15th.
- Up to the 5th of the following month for services between the 16th and the 31st.
After these deadlines, no change of status will be possible, and the operator will have to take charge of reimbursing the activities himself.
As a reminder, we make automatic reimbursements for services on the 6th and 21st of each month, depending on the period concerned (1ᵉʳ-15 or 16-31).
