Which elements are synchronized through the integration?
- Availabilities: Any updates on opening or closing dates and times are reflected in real-time on Winedering. Your calendar will be managed exclusively through Regiondo.
- Bookings: Bookings confirmed by customers on Winedering are automatically sent to your booking engine. Their management (confirmation, rejection, or cancellation) must be done directly through Regiondo.
If you need to modify a booking (date, number of guests, price, etc.), the customer will need to cancel it (or you can do it on their behalf) and then rebook with the correct details.
Important:
In case of a discrepancy in prices between Regiondo and Winedering, the official booking amount will always be the one indicated on Winedering.
This amount will be used for revenue calculation, the commission applied by Winedering, and the amount to be included in the receipt or invoice issued to the customer.
The total amount from Winedering will be displayed both in the "Sales Channel" column of the booking list and in the booking details on Regiondo.
Unlike availability, the price list will not be synchronized with Regiondo. Any price changes must be manually communicated to Winedering.
How to Connect Your Experience on Winedering with Regiondo
Before proceeding, make sure that the experience on Winedering you want to connect is ONLINE.
Retrieve the Experience ID of the experience you want to connect from the Regiondo panel.
Step 1: Regiondo
Log in to your Regiondo panel.
Click on Channel Manager > Sales Channels.
Search for Winedering, then click the Edit button.
Click the Activate Channel button if the channel is marked as Inactive.
Select the offers you want to import to Winedering.
Important:
The offers in Regiondo must not be INACTIVE or EXPIRED.
Once the offers are enabled, retrieve the Experience ID to use on Winedering.
Go to Manage Offers > My Offers.
Take the second code from the SKU column related to the offer you want to connect.
Step 2: Winedering
Log in to your Winedering control panel.
From the left menu, click on "Experiences".
In the experiences table, click on the name of the experience you want to connect.
Note:
The experience must be ONLINE to be connected to Regiondo .
From the left menu, click on "Connect Booking Engine".
CONNECTING WITH REGIONDO
A new window will open where you can select the Regiondo booking engine.
Enter the Experience ID of the experience you want to connect available in the Regiondo panel.
Click on the "Check experience" button.
If the Experience ID is valid, a summary of the entered data will be displayed, including the experience name loaded from Regiondo.
You can confirm the information is correct by clicking the "Confirm and Save" button.
If the name of the experience doesn’t match the one you intended to link, click the 'Insert another Experience ID' button to try again.
After saving, if no errors occur, you will be redirected to the configuration wizard.
Important:
Before the experience becomes available for online booking, you will need to associate the Regiondo options with the Winedering calendar.
WIZARD - MATCHING OPTIONS
- In Regiondo, you can specify multiple Ticket Category, each of which can have different types of people (Options).
- These options must be associated with Price per Types available on Winedering in the corresponding calendars..
- For each Option, specify whether it is active for all the languages listed in Winedering’s calendars or only for specific languages.
- This is because, in Regiondo, the language is not a required parameter for booking, whereas in Winedering, the customer must specify it.
- In the booking form, customers will only see the languages associated with the Options from Regiondo.
- Similarly, it will only be possible to select the Options linked to a Winedering price type and at least one language.
Important:
1. Every Price per Type must be active in at least one language. The language field cannot be left empty.
2. You can combine a language and a Price per Type in a single Option on Regiondo
3. If on Winedering you have multiple calendars that only differ by time, while the price per person type is the same, you can choose the 'price per type' from any of the calendars to associate it with the options. The important thing is that the option is associated with the 'price per type' that best matches the price indicated on Regiondo.
4. In the Winedering booking form, ONLY the Options from Regiondo that have been associated will be visible.
Once the wizard has been completed correctly, the association will be automatically activated on the Winedering frontend site.
Attention:
If, during the completion of the Wizard, you realize that the Winedering calendars are not updated and do not match those on Regiondo, click the button "Update Content (write us)" at the top next to the experience name or email us at help@winedering.com providing all the necessary details for the updates.
We will prioritize updating the experiences so you can proceed with the association.
How to view the details of the configuration for the experience linked to Regiondo
Log in to your Winedering control panel and click on "Experiences" from the left menu.
In the list of experiences, those connected to Regiondo will have a badge that says Regiondo in burgundy next to the name.
Check if Regiondo is Temporarily Disconnected
If the connection is temporarily suspended, availability and bookings will no longer sync with Regiondo and will instead be managed by Winedering.
HOW TO IDENTIFY CONNECTION ISSUES
Log in to your control panel.
From the left menu, click on "Experiences".
In the list of experiences, the name Regiondo in the badge will appear in yellow instead of burgundy.
Click on the experience name, and the "Manage Booking Engine" button will be red.
Clicking the button opens a warning message.
How to Disconnect Your Experience on Winedering from Regiondo
Important:
If the experience is ONLINE, the availability shown on the site will be based on what is set on Winedering.
Ensure that the configuration of the experience is correct before disconnecting it from Regiondo.
Log in to your Winedering control panel.
Open the details of the experience you want to disconnect from Regiondo.
From the left menu, click on the "Manage Booking Engine" button.
A new page will open showing the status of the connection. Click the "Reset the configuration process" button to remove the connection and proceed.
Managing Bookings Connected with Regiondo
Important!
The creation or update of bookings from/to Regiondo does not happen in real-time!
It may take up to a few minutes for Regiondo and Winedering to synchronize and reflect the same information.
Whenever a user confirms a booking for an experience connected to Regiondo, the booking will also be automatically created and confirmed in Regiondo.
Activating Manual Confirmation for Bookings
If you prefer to disable automatic booking confirmations, you can enable manual confirmation directly in Regiondo.
Once configured, bookings requiring manual confirmation will appear as "pending" in your Regiondo panel, allowing you to accept or reject them as needed.
Attention: Booking Rejection Policy on Regiondo
- Bookings that are not moderated by the supplier within 48 hours will be automatically rejected according to Winedering's policy. The booking status will then be updated as "rejected by the supplier."
- In Regiondo, it is not possible to cancel a pending booking if it has not been moderated by the supplier. Therefore, it is possible that, after the 48-hour period, the booking will be rejected in Winedering, but the update may not be reflected in Regiondo.
- The supplier will be notified via email, and once the booking is moderated in Regiondo, it will be canceled as soon as it reaches a state that allows for cancellation.
Check your bookings
Log in to your control panel.
From the left menu, click on the "Bookings Received" button.
Click on the booking you want to view in detail.
If the booking has been correctly created or is pending creation in Regiondo, it cannot be managed within Winedering.
Any changes, such as confirming or rejecting the booking, must be made in Regiondo.
Note:
If errors occur during the creation of the booking, they will be displayed in the booking details. Unless the issue is related to availability, you can manually retry by clicking the "Retry" button.
