This distribution channel is local and exclusively reserved for businesses in the Marseille region that are members of the Marseille Tourism and Convention Office.
Below are the steps to follow to share your Regiondo offers with TROLIB:
Note: Before activating your offers on our channel, please first contact their sales manager at the following address: contact@trolib.com
1. Go to the Channel Manager
Log in to your Regiondo Dashboard > Sales Channels > Sales Channels and search for TROLIB.
2. Edit the Channel
Click on the Pen icon on the right-hand side to edit it.
3. Activate the Channel
Select the products you want to connect and activate the channel by clicking Activate Channel.
4. Save
Don't forget to Save your settings once you’re done.
5. Send an email to TROLIB
Send an email to TROLIB at contact@trolib.com, including your company name, your email address, the name of the offers, and the product IDs you wish to connect.
6. Refunds:
General terms and conditions of sale and refund policies are independent of the marketplace and specific to each reseller partner.
Although cancellations can be processed from your Regiondo dashboard, it is preferable to handle them via TROLIB.
For any cancellations occurring more than 5 days after the service date, the provider will be responsible for refunding the final customer.
