There are some reasons why your company details could change. This includes the company name, login email, and bank details.
The following links and steps will show you all the spots in your Regiondo Dashboard to make the changes.
1. Email contacts
1.1. To change your login email address, go to Settings > Account settings.
1.2. Email address for your notifications: Go to Settings > Notifications.
1.3. Email Address for customer requests: Go to Messages > Sending Email.
2. Company information
Go to Settings > Supplier Information where you can change:
- Operator data
- Invoice Data
- Contact person
- Logo
- Company name and description
3. Bank details
To change your bank information, go to Settings > Bank account to change it. For this, please also send an email to our support team: support@regiondo.com
4. Tax details
In your Dashboard, go to Shop Configuration > Tax options.
