We offer the option for you to customize your tickets by uploading a banner and/or editing specific blocks of text. These changes can be made on an offer-by-offer and language-by-language basis or for all offers at once.
The PDF editor can be found in your Dashboard > Shop Configuration > PDF Editor > PDF Ticket.
1. Select a product
Select your desired offer from the drop-down menu under Select Product.
Alternatively, you can leave it set to Default Settings. This means that your changes will be adopted for all offers at once.
2. Select a language
Once you have selected the offer, choose the language for which you wish to make changes.
3. Upload a banner
If you want to add a logo on top of your PDF-Tickets, you have to customize that in your account settings. For more information, access the article: How can I change the logo on my tickets?
You can upload a banner on either the front or back page of a ticket. To do this, click on the small Upload a picture button. You can upload your banner in JPEG or PNG format. Once the upload is complete, the banner will appear on your ticket. It must measure 643 x 80 px.
4. Edit text blocks
You can also edit specific blocks of text on the front and reverse of the ticket. To do this, click on the pen to the right of the text box and edit as desired by clicking inside the field and overwriting or adjusting the text. Then, click on the green check mark to save your changes.
5. Deactivate the second page
You have the option to deactivate the second page by checking the box next to "Deactivate second page".
Warning:
Please note that this function will also deactivate the "Important information for customers" that you entered in Step 2 of the offer creation process. This means that it will no longer be visible.
6. Save or reset your changes
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save button.
Alternatively, you can reset your changes by clicking on the Reset changes button.
Note: The PDF Editor feature is only included in the Pro plan. If you do not have this feature enabled, you will need to upgrade your plan. Please contact our sales team.
