You can manually check in and check out your customers via your Regiondo Dashboard.
This functionality is not limited to a specific use case and can be applied across various situations and business models.
It can also be used alongside the Validate tickets function in your Dashboard. Checking in a customer can replace ticket validation.
This feature is still under development, and the available options will be expanded in the future to make the check-in process even easier.
How to check-in and check-out customers?
1. Check-in/-out via check code
Log in to your Dashboard. Go to Ticket validation > Check code.
Enter your ticket code, and then you can check-in and check-out the ticket:

2. Check-in/-out via attendee list
Go to Bookings > Attendee list.
There, you can filter to get the tickets you want to check-in or check-out.

3. Check-in/-out via booking page
Go to Bookings > Bookings and choose the booking that you want to check-in. In the booking page, you can choose the tickets for the booking you would like to check-in.
