Below you will find the steps on how to connect your Regiondo offers to the Truestory Channel.
Note: If your company is not yet selling on Truestory, please register first on their platform.
1. Go to Channel Manager
Log in to your Regiondo Dashboard > Channel Manager > Sales Channels and search for Truestory.
2. Edit Channel
Click the Pen icon on the right side of the Truestory channel.
3. Send Message
Click the button Send Message and write a message to Truestory, expressing your interest in connecting with them as a sales channel.
Important:
3.1. Include a list of all your Product Names along with their corresponding Product IDs and Option IDs. To obtain this list, follow these paths:
- Product IDs: Navigate to Coupon Codes > Import > Download template. In the Excel file, select the sheet Products list.
- Option IDs: Navigate to Ticket validation > Upload barcodes > Upload barcodes, then click Download a template.
3.2. To speed up the mapping process, also include the corresponding Product Names for Truestory.
For example: Product Name Truestory: Offer XY = Product Name Regiondo: Offer YZ
Make sure to include every product you want to connect!
4. Activate Channel
Select the products you want to connect and activate the channel by clicking the Activate Channel button.
5. Save
Don’t forget to Save your settings once you’re finished.
Important:
Only products for which the option Accept new booking automatically is selected can be connected. Please check this setting by navigating to Manage offers > My offers > Edit offer > Validity.
