Below you will find the steps on how to connect your Regiondo offers to the Konfetti Channel.
Note: If your company is not yet selling on Konfetti, please register first on their platform.
1. Go to Channel Manager
Log in to your Regiondo Dashboard > Channel Manager > Sales Channels and search for Konfetti.
2. Edit Channel
Click the Pen icon on the right side of the Konfetti channel.
3. Send Message
Reach out to Konfetti using the Send message button, including your Company Name and your Regiondo Supplier ID (that you can find under Settings > Account Settings). Alternatively, you can contact them directly via email at partner@gokonfetti.com.
Providing accurate information will help ensure a faster response from the Konfetti team.
4. Activate Channel
Select the products you want to connect and activate the channel by clicking the Activate Channel button.
5. Save
Don’t forget to Save your settings once you’re finished.

Does the content of the event (e.g. description and images) also need to be created in Konfetti?
Yes, your event and experience content must also be created in Konfetti. The Konfetti team can support you with the initial setup of your offers.
What is synchronized between Regiondo and Konfetti?
You continue to manage availability, dates, and prices in Regiondo as usual. This data is automatically synchronized with Konfetti.
Can I deactivate individual appointments only on Konfetti?
Yes, individual appointments can be deactivated directly in Konfetti using the appointment manager.
