1. Changing the method of accepting a booking
- In your account, go to Manage Offers > My Offers and select an offer by clicking on its title. Edit the offer by copying the existing price list from Step 3. Tickets of the offer creation process, and setting the old price list to Invisible. You can do this by clicking on Edit for the old price list and removing the check mark in the Visible column.
- Click Save and continue to move to Step 4. Validity, and create a validity for the new price list.

2. Options for accepting a booking
There are 3 different options you can use for accepting a booking.
2.1. Accept bookings manually
When a booking is made you receive an email or a text message (SMS) alert to review it in advance.
You can accept, change and cancel the booking.
If you do not accept the booking in 6 days, it will automatically be cancelled.
If an event is booked that is taking place in less than 48 hours, you have to accept it at least 6 hours before it begins. If you do not accept it, it will automatically be cancelled as well.
Important
- As long as you do not accept, change or cancel the booking, it will show up in your calendar.
- You can manage the type of notifications you want to receive in your Settings > Notifications.
2.2. Accept bookings automatically
When a booking is made you receive an automated booking notification via e-mail. You won't need to review the booking.
2.3. No appointment needed
The booking of appointments is not required since the offer concerns an event that is freely accessible during set opening hours.
Important
- You won't be able to define event capacities when using this option. If you want to configure an event capacity, use the options above.
- Select your desired method of booking inquiry before clicking on Save.
