1. Regiondo Review Module
The Regiondo Review Module helps you collect verified customer reviews, gain valuable feedback, and monitor your review performance.
To ensure authenticity, only customers who have purchased or attended an experience can leave a review. This helps maintain transparency and ensures that all published reviews are based on real customer experiences.
Regiondo automatically sends review requests to customers after an appointment or ticket validation.
- To activate or deactivate review request emails, in your Regiondo Dashboard, navigate to: Messages > Notifications
- Emails can be sent immediately or scheduled after the event date.
2. Reviews Management
To access all customer reviews, in your Regiondo Dashboard navigate to Reviews. From this overview, you can:

- Search reviews
- Sort by review date
- Filter reviews by: Review Date, Products, Date of participation, Category, Guide, Rating, Status
- Export reviews
- Reply to customer reviews: Open the review, Enter your name and message, Send response
Your response will be displayed alongside the review in your shop, and the customer will automatically receive an email notification.
