Here in this article, you may find some reasons why the booking doesn't work out in the first place.
1. Partner Account
1.1 Add to cart Forwards Empty cart
Your products can't be found in the cart. Check whether the products have been filtered out as a custom product filter; otherwise, they will automatically be removed from the cart.

2. Operator account
2.1 No checkout possible - tickets are not staying in cart
It always appears a message that there are no tickets in the cart.
Make sure that the 'Own Ticketshop' is enabled in the sales channel.

2.2 Offer shown as out of stock for no reason
Your tickets are shown as out of stock even though you are still selling them.
Make sure that your date availability is still up to date.
Go to Step 4 Validity, Manage Offers > Edit offer.

2.3 Price list is no longer valid
In step 3 of the offer creation, you set the validity of the price (not the whole offer itself). If your offer/price list is not bookable anymore, check the dates to see if you have to update them.
2.4 Check out the Barcode Switcher
Are your tickets displayed as sold out after the last custom barcode is used? But you want to continue selling. Make sure that your settings are right.

2.5 All your connected Resources are already blocked
When you are working with Resources, you are in control of your bookings. When all the resources you have (for example, Segways) are blocked, your customer won't be able to book anymore. This makes you sure that you always have the right amount of bookings compared to your resources.
