If you want to add an offline booking to an existing fully booked availability, you are now able to do it directly on your Regiondo Dashboard > Bookings > +New Booking
The System warns you that the maximum capacity will be exceeded and you will do an overbooking. If you are sure to do an overbooking, complete the process as usual.
The system shows you the number of overbookings when you complete the booking process.
How does the overbooking look in my calendar?
As you can see in the screenshot, the overbooking will be displayed in red instead of blue. Besides that, you see the number of overbookings.
