In your Dashboard, go to Customers.
There, you can search for customers or use a filter. You can also add contacts to your customer database to track their activity and contact them with pre-filled details.

Add customers or import contact details
You find the buttons on the right side.
Add new customers
You need the following information to add a new customer: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
Import contact details
You have to create an Excel file (.CSV, .XLS, or .XLSX) to import contact details. You need the following information from your customer to fill in the list: First name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Tip:
Download the template file to have the right file.
You also have the option to skip rows with invalid data. If you selected a file, you have to upload the file.
Search for your customers
Type the name, email address, or other information about your customer in the search box to find the customer.
Filter your customers
With the filter function, you can decide which customers should display. The following filters are possible:
- Name
- Phone
- Company
- Last booking (from - to)
After you have used a filter, you can remove the filter while you tick the X in the button with the filter.
Important:
Please remember that you have to remove a filter. The filter won´t disappear automatically.
