In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Customers. The customer database lists everyone who has booked with you, plus any contacts you add or import yourself. From this page you can view customer details, add a customer manually, import a contact list, and search or filter the list. The add and import buttons are at the top right. Messages to customers are sent from their booking rather than from this page.
1. What information does the customer database show?
Each row in the customer database represents one customer. The table shows these columns:
Name — first and last name of the customer
Email — email address used for booking or added manually
Phone — phone number
Company — company name, if provided
Last booking — date of the customer's most recent booking
2. How do I add a new customer manually?
- In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Customers.
- At the top right of the page, select Add new customer.
- Fill in the customer form:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Date of birth (optional)
- Save the customer, and they’ll appear in the customer database immediately.
3. How do I import customer contact details from a file?
You can bulk-import contacts from a spreadsheet instead of adding them individually. Supported formats are CSV, XLS, and XLSX. Each row must include a first name, last name, and email address; all other fields are optional.
- In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Customers.
- At the top right of the page, select Import contact details.
- Select Download sample file and use that template. Using the template is the most reliable way to get the column order and headers right.
- Fill the template with your customer data and save it as CSV, XLS, or XLSX.
- Back in the import window, choose your file.
- Optional: enable Skip rows with invalid data so the import continues past rows with errors instead of failing.
- Select Upload to run the import.
4. How do I search for a customer?
- On the Customers page, type the customer's name, email address, or other stored detail into the search box above the table.
- The customer database narrows to matching results as you search.
Use search when you know who you are looking for. Use filters when you want to see a group of customers.
5. How do I filter customers in the database?
Filters control which customers are displayed in the table.
- On the Customers page, click the Filter button next to the search box.
- In the filter sidebar, enter and apply your criteria. You can filter by:
Name
E-mail
Phone
Company
Last booking - date range (from - to)
6. How do I remove a filter from the customer database?
Applied filters appear as labelled buttons above the customer table.
- To remove one filter, select the X on that filter button.
- To remove every filter at once, select Reset all filters.
Important: filters are not cleared automatically. They stay active until you remove them, including when you navigate away and return. If the customer database looks empty or is missing customers you expect to see, check for an active filter first.
