Regiondo gives you the opportunity to receive notifications through Email or SMS for different processes automatically. That way, even if you don't have the time to check your Dashboard 24/7, you will still be able to maintain a great overview of all your bookings and much more.
You can decide yourself how you want to be informed about new bookings, messages, questions, invoices, appointments, and inquiries to your offers. Please decide on the channel through which you can respond most quickly to booking requests. A booking request will be sent when someone books your offer. Please check the availability and confirm the appointment as soon as possible with the customer. Each confirmed booking is binding for the customers
1. Possibilities regarding notifications
Notifications will be sent either by SMS or Email. To set them up in your Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Notifications
First, you are required to enter your mobile phone number and the time span during which you would like to receive notifications.
Note: Do not set a time span such as 7:00–7:00, as this would result in zero availability. If you want to receive notifications 24/7, use, for example, 7:00–6:30 instead.
1.1. New Booking
Choose whether you want to be informed about new bookings. You can decide between receiving an Email or an SMS (or both, of course).
1.2. Gift vouchers and value vouchers
For gift vouchers and value vouchers, your only option is to receive Emails.
1.3. Contact information for customers
Insert the information your customer will receive here.
Note: If your company works with a customer care center or employs someone who is taking care of customers in general, use their specific information for this segment. This allows your customers to always get in touch with the right person for questions about your products.
Note:
The customer will see the information given on his ticket, as well.
1.4. Billing
Billing information is also available through SMS and Email. Just like the contact information, the customer will see the information given on their ticket as well
1.5. Offers / Offers quality
This option will notify you, for instance, in case one of your offers transgresses your general terms and conditions.
1.6. Appointment reminder for customers
If you would like to remind your customers about their appointment, you can set up a reminder for them here. Use the box to choose how many hours beforehand they should receive a reminder.
To set up whether a customer should receive their reminder by SMS or Email, go to Messages > Notifications.
Important: Regiondo allows you to activate the sending of text messages under Messages > Notifications. You can choose among the following:
Text messages sent to your customer:
- appointment change confirmation
- appointment reminder
Text messages sent to yourself:
- booking request
- booking confirm
