In this context, the booking cut-off refers to how close to the start of the offer a booking can still be made. It defines the time required for your preparation and planning.
You can set advance booking periods in your Dashboard under Manage Offers > Booking Cut-off.
Preparation and planning times can be defined for all products at once or on a product-by-product basis for each individual offer.
1. Same for all offers
If you wish to set the same cut-off period for all offers, please choose All Products and enter your desired number of hours in the field provided. Then, click on Save.
2. For each offer on an individual basis
If you wish to set a cut-off period for each offer individually, choose Product-Specific. The offers you have created will be displayed.
Click on the editing button (pen icon) for the offer for which you wish to set an individual cut-off period. Enter your desired time in hours. Alternatively, you can activate the predefined value by clicking on the button “Use Predefined Value of x Hours”.
Then click on Save.
Your customer will see this when booking your offer:
"Offers for which a cut-off period has been set will no longer be available to the customer once that period begins."
"Offers for which a cut-off period has been set will no longer be available to the customer once that period begins."
