This guide walks you through blocking an entire day for a specific offer, price list, resource, or category in the Calendar.
1. Steps
1.1. In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Calendar. By default, it opens the Week Preview:
1.2. Select the day you want to block out in the calendar view. Once done, the Calendar Preview should automatically switch to Day:
1.3. Click the filter icon (located in the right upper corner, between the Day Preview and Settings).
1.4. In the filter, select the Product(s) / Resource(s) / Guide(s) / Category(es) you wish to block.
1.5. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, just above the calendar, and click Show.
1.6. Click the Block out all day button, displayed in the top right of the page.
1.7. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes.
2. Verify Success
- The calendar for that day switches to red, confirming the day is now fully blocked.
3. To Undo
- There is no single Unblock button. You must click each time slot individually and change the event capacity manually.
Important Notes
- Blocking a day does not cancel or change any existing orders. Any bookings already placed for that day must be cancelled manually.
- This action only closes capacities based on the current booking status. If you later cancel a booking for that day, the freed-up capacity becomes available for sale again. To prevent this, re-block the capacity afterward (e.g., by adjusting capacity manually in the calendar or adding a blocking reservation).
