Tip:
We also offer statistical exports for a lot more functions. Make sure you check them out within the article: How to export statistics?
2. Why is a certain product missing in the attendee list filter?
The reason why a certain product as a filter is missing in the attendee list is that you changed the name of the product before. If you change the name of a product, the product name won´t be a filter anymore if a new booking is placed with the new name. It depends on whether you find the bookings either with the old or the new name or both.
Examples:
1. No new booking after changing the product name
- you change the name of a product from Berlin Tour to Hamburg Tour.
- since you changed the name there is no new booking for the Hamburg Tour.
= the product name filter 'Berlin Tour' is still available
2. New bookings after changing the product name
- a new booking for the new name 'Hamburg Tour'
- the product name filter 'Berlin Tour' is no longer available
= instead of 'Berlin Tour', you can choose 'Hamburg Tour' as the new product name filter
3. You want to create an attendee list with the attendees of both product names
- if you filter the attendees with the new product name filter 'Hamburg Tour', the attendees from both product names ('Berlin Tour' and 'Hamburg Tour') will be displayed.
