Important:
The three options are mutually exclusive for the same offer. If you have already added specific dates, the recurring appointments option is not available — delete the existing specific dates first to switch the offer to a recurring time. If you change the validity, sold tickets are still valid with the old validity. Make sure that you include the sold tickets with the old validity in your planning.
1. Fixed / set opening hours
Choose this option if your offer has fixed opening hours.
1.1. Availability
Set the period in which your opening hours apply. This is useful if your opening hours differ between seasons, for example summer and winter.
1.2. Operating / Opening hours
- Click +Add time and enter your regular opening hours.
- To copy the times to the whole week, click the black button on the right side.
- Optionally, choose how often customers can book within your opening times: select Within opening time, customers can book every … minutes and enter the number of minutes.
Note:
- You can define the interval only if you use Accept new booking manually or Accept new booking automatically.
The opening hours are fully taken into account, so the last bookable appointment is coordinated with them. The opening time serves as the final closing point.
Example:
- Opening hours: 08:00–20:00
- Customers can book every: 30 minutes
- Last possible reservation: 19:30
1.3. Add public holiday / vacation
If your opening hours change on public holidays, select the relevant dates. You can also add your company’s vacation periods.
1.4. Appointment requested
Choose how to accept a requested appointment:
- Accept new booking manually: You receive an email for each new booking request, which you then need to accept or decline.
- Accept new booking automatically: Every appointment is accepted automatically, and you receive an email notification for each new booking.
- No appointment needed: The client is informed about your availability and doesn’t need to book a specific date. You can’t define any event capacities with this option. To configure an event capacity, choose one of the options above.
2. Recurring appointments / dates
Choose this option if your offer has fixed start times.
2.1. Availability
Set the period in which your offer is available. This is useful if your availability differs between seasons, for example (summer / winter).
2.2. Weekly starting hours
- Click +Add time and enter when your offer starts. You can add more than one starting time per day.
- To copy the times to the whole week, click the black button to the right side.
- Choose how often the offer repeats: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Example:
You choose Monday 1 April, Wednesday 3 April and Friday 5 April.- Weekly: the offer takes place every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Monthly: the offer takes place every month on the 1st, 3rd and 5th.
2.3. Single / specific dates
If your offer also takes place on single dates as exceptions, select the dates and times here. If your offer only takes place on specific dates, use Specific dates / appointments instead.
2.4. Add public holiday / vacation
If your opening hours change on public holidays, select the relevant dates. You can also add your company’s vacation periods.
2.5. Appointment requested

Add one or more dates and times when your offer is available.

- Accept new booking automatically: Every appointment is accepted automatically, and you receive an email notification for each new booking.
