The Appointment Notes feature allows you to add, edit, and view operational notes directly on appointments in Regiondo. This helps your team capture and share important details such as route changes, customer requirements, weather conditions, or other operational updates.

Where to Find Appointment Notes
1. Calendar View
Visual indicator: A sticky note icon shows when an appointment has a note.
How to access: Click the note icon to open a quick overlay.
Quick actions: View or edit notes, or navigate to full appointment details.
2. Appointment Detail Page
Prominence: A dedicated note card appears near the top of the page.
Editing: Use the large editing area with Save / Cancel options.
Context: Positioned before participant information so operational details are always prioritized.
3. Booking Detail Page
Display: Notes appear in read-only mode for context.
Purpose: Provides operational background when viewing an individual booking.
Location: Between tour details and customer information.
4. Statistics Export
Export option: A column named Appointment Comment can be included in your statistics export.
Use case: Include operational notes in offline reports or share them with external teams.

1. Use clear, concise notes so team members can act quickly.

⚠️ Troubleshooting
Note not visible in Calendar View → Make sure you saved the note. The sticky note icon only appears once a note is saved.
Can’t edit a note → Editing is available in the Appointment Overlay and Detail Page, but not from the Booking Detail Page (read-only).
Note missing in exports → Check that the Appointment Comment column is selected in your export settings.
