What does the confirmation e-mail of a ticket and a value voucher look like?

The customer will get a confirmation e-mail after buying a ticket or a value voucher in your shop.

1. Confirmation e-mail after buying a ticket

After a ticket has been sold, two emails are automatically sent out. In this first example, you can see the e-mail you receive as a ticket seller.

Note:

If you own an iOS device, the ticket can be added to the Apple Wallet.
