1. How to set up the notification settings
Go to Settings > Notifications and scroll down to "Appointment reminder for customers".
There you will find the possibility to tick Appointment reminder for customers. After that, you can set the timespan for the exact time your customer will receive an appointment reminder by SMS, prior to the event. The customer will have to insert the number in international format (example: +33... for FR, +49... for DE, etc.)
There you will find the option Appointment reminder.

3. What does the SMS look like?
After you activate the function, your customer will get an SMS notification, for example, 48 hours prior to the appointment.
The SMS contains the date and time of the appointment and also your phone number or email address in case of an emergency.

4. Email reminder
You can also activate an appointment reminder via email. Just click Edit to modify this message to your customers.
