With this update, customers can now open their tickets directly in their browser - regardless of whether they are using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
No more wallet integration
We no longer offer Apple Wallet or other wallet integrations. Why? With the QR code included directly in the confirmation email, customers get the same functionality without needing a separate wallet app.
Based on feedback - especially from Android users who are less familiar with wallet apps - we simplified the experience. This approach ensures a more consistent and accessible ticketing process for all customers.
