New “Send tax invoice” option
In the buyer box of the booking detail page, there is a new option to “Send tax invoice”.
When clicked, the invoice form will open. Simply fill out the required information and then click on the “Send invoice” button at the bottom. If the customer already filled in the data at the conclusion of the purchase, it will be there. Otherwise, you will have to do this manually.
Note: The tax invoice needs to be activated in your account for this button to appear. Click on this link to learn more about the tax invoice.
Add-on column available in the participant list
Now in the participant list, you can see which add-ons are connected to each participant’s booking. You can add the add-on column via the columns button and then drag and drop it into your desired position.
Reservations display as unpaid and with no payment method
Reservations now show the payment status ‘Unpaid’ and do not display any payment method.

Now, when you hover over the column names on the booking and participant lists, an icon appears to make it clear that the columns can be moved. Some additional styling improvements have been made to make this functionality smoother to use.

More improvements for the booking and participant list
New “Next 7 days” quick filter in the participant list
As you might know, previously we introduced quick filters (Today and Tomorrow) that can help you quickly filter your customers in the participant list. In this update, we have added a new quick filter: Next 7 days. This option displays all customers in the next 7 days starting from today (00:00). This way you can easily see the participants for the next week.
Better usability for filter options
Filters are a great tool to help you display only relevant bookings and with this update, we have improved your ability to filter by products. In the “Product” dropdown menu of All filters, you can find all your products alphabetically sorted by product title. Simply scroll down to find the product you want to see or start typing the product title in the search box to find your product in the list even more quickly.
Redeemed product vouchers are marked as paid
In this update, we have improved your product voucher experience. Now your redeemed product vouchers are marked as paid, while you can find “product voucher” as a payment type with a reference to the corresponding booking in the payment details.
Switch between booking list and participant list without losing filter settings
The update is to allow you to smoothly switch between the booking list and the participant list. Now, any action you take on one of the lists will also be applied to the other list (for example: search or filter).

New Updates
Same colour for bookings from the same order
As you might know, some orders may contain multiple bookings (e.g., add-ons or bundles). In this update, we made it easier for you to have a clear overview of bookings belonging to the same order. From now on, all bookings from the same order are displayed in the same colour. Note that you can also choose to display the “Order number” column of your booking list to help easily recognize bookings belonging to the same order.
Better usability when using value vouchers
If your booking is refunded with a value voucher, you can see this information in the Payment section of the booking detail page. Here you can view any value vouchers that were used and access the value voucher via a link. If there are more than one value voucher, they are displayed in a dropdown menu.
Improved visibility of booking types
In Regiondo, all bookings are divided into several types: experience product, product voucher (available both for experience products and bundles), value voucher, add-on, or bundle. In this version, we improved the visibility of booking types both in the overview and on the booking detail page.
In the booking list, you can find the column “Product” which contains not only the title of the product, but also the type of booking. To add this column to your booking list, click “Columns” and select “Product”. You can also find the booking type information in the corresponding box on the booking detail page.
Booking Management Improvements
Sales channel displayed on the booking detail page
On the booking detail page, you can now find your sales channel (e.g., GetYourGuide) and corresponding sales channel ID. Just click on the product tab to access all the important information about your booking. You can copy and trace your sales channel ID in your preferred sales channel system.
Booking notes extended up to 1.000 characters
On the booking detail page, you can add notes about your bookings that are visible for you and your employees. Previously, the notes were limited to maximum of 100 characters. In this update, we have extended the booking notes up to 1,000 characters. To see a preview of your notes, hover your mouse over the notes section to view the first 400 characters of your notes. This allows you to quickly get some context about your booking.
More columns added to the booking list
In the booking list, you can create a perfect overview of your bookings by adding or removing columns. In this update, we have added new columns that you can add to your view, such as payment method, price list, ticket category and total amount of your booking. Customize your booking list and choose to display the information that is relevant for you!
Total payment amount calculated correctly when using discount code
At the top of the booking details page, you can see the most important information about your booking, including total payment amount. Previously, the payment information hasn’t been updated after cancelling the ticket or applying a discount code. With this update, the total amount is always recalculated and displayed correctly after any changes made to the booking.
Value voucher codes displayed and linked when the refund is made via value voucher
If your customers apply value vouchers, you can see the voucher codes displayed and linked in the Payment section of the booking detail page. The update brings more clarity to your payments and reimbursements.

Booking Management Improvements
Export of the participants
If you would like to export the list of the participants who booked your offer, you can do so in the Participants List tab. Press “Export” button at the top of the page and choose a convenient format: CSV, XLS or XLSX. The export will generate a file out of the view which you have configured.
Improved drag & drop functionality
In the new Booking Management section, you can sort the columns in the list simply by drag-and-dropping them in your preferred order. This update makes dragging and sorting your columns more intuitive to use. Just hover your cursor over a column to see a drag handle, which helps you discover drag and drop as an available action.
Print your tickets with printers directly from the booking page
Regiondo offers a variety of default printers that can be used to print different types of ticket formats, for example wristband tickets. You can set your printer preferences in POS Configuration -> POS Printer.
With this update we have added a special button to print tickets right from the booking detail page using a printer of your choice. Just click the printer button to generate PDF of your ticket in the specific format.
No errors anymore when searching for a booking
In the new Booking Management section, we improved the booking search that helps you find your reservations faster. Today we are adding some usability improvements for the booking search to make it even easier for you to use it. For example, now the minimum search requirements have become more evident: the search field informs you if you enter insufficient number of characters to perform the search.
