The customer can redeem their purchased value voucher via the ticket shop on your website.
To do this, they must choose their desired experience from your range and place it in their shopping cart. They can then enter the code on their value voucher under the heading Redeem value voucher/ coupon code.
The amount of the value voucher will be deducted from the total price. If the value of the voucher is less than the total price of the booking, the customer must pay the difference via one of the available payment methods.
If the value of the voucher exceeds the total price of the booking, the total cost of the order will come to € 0.00. The customer can then redeem the remaining voucher credit against further bookings.
Important:
Value voucher codes cannot be combined with gift vouchers or discount codes.
Multiple value vouchers can be redeemed within a single cart (POS and ticket shop) by entering the codes consecutively, separated by commas.
