The Booking Export feature allows you to download your booking data in multiple formats for analysis, reporting, and system integration.
Who can use this feature?
Everyone with access to Booking Overview and related products can use booking export.
Note: There is no separate access control list (ACL) configuration for this feature.
How to access the export feature
1. Go to Dashboard ▸ Bookings ▸ Bookings
2. Find the Download button in the top-right corner of the booking table
3. Click Download to open the Export Preview modal

When you click Download, a preview modal opens showing:
First 5 bookings from your current view
Total record count that will be exported
Export format options (PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV)

Maximum: 1000 records
If exceeded: Warning appears, download disabled, apply filters
Step-by-step export process
1. Prepare your data (search, filter)
2. Preview your export (first 5 bookings)
3. Choose format (PDF, CSV, Excel)
4. Download file
Understanding your downloaded data
The export includes:
Booking number, booking date/time, product, price list, ticket category, quantity, total price, buyer, appointment date/time, sales channel, booking status, payment status.
Note: Split bookings appear as separate rows per ticket category.
