This article explains how to place a booking using the new POS interface. It provides step-by-step instructions to help you complete the booking process quickly and accurately.
Note: If you're using the previous POS interface, refer to the article: How to create a new booking? (Old POS)
Adding a New Booking
Click + New Booking in the upper-right corner of the screen.
1. Select a type
The following booking types are available in the new POS interface:
1.1. Ticket
- This booking type is selected by default. Click the Offer you want to create a booking for.
- Select the date and time
Note: Use + Custom time to create a booking outside the listed time slots, if permitted by your organization's configuration
- Add the number of participants, then press the Next button.
1.2. Gift
Use the Gift option to purchase experiences as gifts for someone else. Gift bookings allow you to issue a gift product without selecting a specific date or attendee at the time of purchase.
1.3. Value Voucher
Use the Value Voucher option to create or purchase vouchers with a monetary value. Unlike gift experiences, value vouchers allow the recipient to redeem the voucher amount toward eligible products or services at a later date.
1.4. Bundle
Use the Bundle option to purchase multiple products or experiences as a single package. Bundles combine selected items into one booking, providing a convenient way to offer grouped experiences, often at a discounted price.
2. Buyer information
Enter the buyer's contact details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Enabling Send Ticket via Mail will send the ticket to the email address provided under Buyer Information.
