Regiondo offers you the option to add other user profiles in addition to your own. In this context, the term "Multi-User" refers to one of these additional users. This is useful, for example, if you work with guides who need access to your bookings.
1. Creating a Multi-User
- Go to Settings > Multi-User Access
- Click +Add Email address
- Enter the new user's details in the form
A link will be sent to the email address entered. The user can click this link to create a password.
2. Assigning Rights to New Users
You can assign rights to a new user in three ways:
- Feature rights — choose "Assign all rights," or select individual functions one-by-one. See: Can I assign product-related rights to a multi-user / guide?
- Offer access — assign specific offers to a user. See: Could I assign tours to multi-users?
- Booking access — assign specific bookings to a user. See: How do I assign bookings to multi-users?
3. Notifications for Multi-Users
- You can decide whether and how the new user receives notifications, choosing between email and SMS.
- Click the Save button
4. Invitation Troubleshooting
If a multi-user is unable to access their account, first check whether they've accepted their invitation.
4.1. If the invitation email was deleted, lost, or the invitation link has expired:
- Click the Resend Invitation button in the Actions column next to the Multi-User's account.
- A new invitation email will be sent to the user's email address.
- The user should use the most recent invitation link, as older links may no longer work.
4.2. If the user has accepted the invitation but cannot access the multi-user account:
- Make sure they are signing in with the same email address that received the invitation.
- Check that the user has been assigned the expected permissions. Limited permissions may prevent them from accessing certain areas of the platform.
