You might have already worked with multi-users. We extended the feature with user-roles to increase the usability of your management process.
1. Multi-User Groups
You have the possibility to create User-Groups with individual rights for your Dashboard. You can create them based on your departments or the employee's tasks. You can manage the permissions of each role.
In your Regiondo Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Multi-User Groups.

Example:
Your company has over 5 different departments with 10 employees each. Every part has different tasks and permissions/rights. With these User roles, you are able to set the permissions for each department. After that, you just have to choose which department the new user is in, and then the rights will be automatically set.
1.1. How to create Multi-User Groups
To create a User Group, you click on the button + Add User Group.
2. Multi-User Access
Navigate to: Settings > Multi-User Access to see the multi-user that you already created.
For each multi-user, rights can be modified individually. Click on the Pen of the user to edit the rights.
Note: Under User roles, you can assign the existing multi-user to your various Multi-User Groups.
3. How to add a new Multi-User ?
Click on the button + Add Email address for a new multi-user.
Add the Email address of the new user and assign it to the various Multi-User Groups.
