The Ticket Validity page allows operators to configure voucher validity settings for their business. This page provides flexible options to set how long vouchers remain valid after purchase or issue, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while maintaining business flexibility.
To do this, please go to Manage Offers > Ticket validity.
Voucher Types
All New Expiry Rule Options can be applied to Value Vouchers and Gift Certificates. They can be set up independently but have the same options to choose from.
The page supports configuration for two distinct voucher types:
1. Gift Voucher Validity
- Used for gift vouchers that customers can redeem for a specific product
- Separate validity rules from Value Vouchers
2. Value Voucher Validity
- Used for N products and contains a defined Value for the customer to redeem in the checkout
- Independent configuration from Gift Vouchers
Common use case: Package deals, experience vouchers, specific tour tickets
Validity Start Date
We don’t offer multiple options for the Validity Start date. It will always be the date of purchase.

- Automatic calculation, no manual date setting needed
