In your Regiondo Dashboard, Bookings > Voucher Overview lists each issued voucher with detailed information about it.
Here are the available Actions:
1. Check voucher details
For each voucher you can see the Voucher code, Buyer Name and Product to identify it, along with the Value, Remaining Value, Issue date and Expiry Date.
Each voucher also has a Status to make it easier to manage: Active, Expired, Cancelled, Redeemed and Partially Redeemed.
2. Edit a voucher validity
Once you click on the row with a Voucher, you will see a Dialog with its information. In addition, you can update the Validity of this specific voucher.
3. Bulk edit vouchers
If you've got multiple Vouchers to be edited, you can select them on the left side, then click on Bulk Edit Validity on the top right.
The bulk edit feature lets you update multiple vouchers at once — like adjusting their validity — so handling customer requests becomes quick and effortless.
4. Cancel / invalidate a voucher
Cancel a voucher by setting its expiry date to today:
- Open the voucher row.
- Under Update Validity Settings, select Fixed expiry date and choose today's date.
- Press Save Changes. The voucher status will be updated to Expired.
Note:
Changes to validity settings only affect future redemptions, and you remain obliged to honour the voucher in compliance with the law.
Cancelling a voucher does not refund the customer. If they are also owed money, see the Refund procedure.
5. Export the Voucher Overview
You can export the Voucher Overview, and you will export exactly what you see.
- If you apply a filter, the export will be done from the filtered rows.
- When you have more than 1,000 issued vouchers, it's important to use the filter / search function beforehand.
- All columns from the Overview will be exported.
- The download is available via CSV and XLSX.
