Voucher Overview

We are introducing the new Voucher Overview in your Regiondo Dashboard > Bookings > Voucher Overview. This view lists each issued voucher with detailed information about it. You will find the Voucher code, Buyer Name and Product to identify the voucher and additionally the Value, Remaining Value, Issue date and Expiry Date.

In addition, each voucher has a Status to make it even easier to manage: Active, Expired, Cancelled, Redeemed and Partially Redeemed!

Voucher Overview - Edit Possibilities:

Edit a Voucher Validity

Once you click on the row with a Voucher, you will see a Dialog with its information. In addition, you can update the Validity of this specific voucher:

Bulk Edit Voucher

If you've got multiple Vouchers to be edited, you can select them on the left side, then click on "Bulk Edit Validity" on the top right.

With our new bulk edit feature, you can update multiple vouchers at once—like adjusting their validity—so handling customer requests becomes quick and effortless.

Export Voucher Overview

We introduced an Export functionality for the Voucher overview. The most important part of this Export is that you will export exactly what you see!

  • If the you apply filter, the export will be done from the filtered rows
  • When you have more than 1,000 issued vouchers, it’s important to use the filter / search function beforehand.
  • All Columns from the Overview will be exported
  • The download is available via CSV and XLSX
