Once your account has been upgraded to the latest version of Viator's Supply API, you can enable Pricing Sync for your Regiondo Offers connected to Viator.
When Pricing Sync is enabled:
- Regiondo becomes the primary source for pricing and availability data. Viator will automatically import your schedules and prices from Regiondo and replace any manually configured data previously set up in Viator.
- Schedules and pricing for connected products in Viator can no longer be edited directly in Viator — they become read-only. Any future updates to dates, times, availability, or prices must be managed in Regiondo and will automatically sync to Viator shortly afterward.
For more information, access the link: How to enable or disable pricing sync.
To sync your Regiondo prices to Viator, check the following:
1. Prices and Availability
As soon as you enable Pricing Sync, Viator will begin importing data from Regiondo. Make sure your Regiondo data is up to date and accurately reflects your current pricing and availability.
Before proceeding, verify the following setup in the Regiondo offers you want to connect to Viator:
- Prices for all ticket categories
- Capacity and Quantity settings for each price list and ticket category
- Availability of each ticket category across all price lists
2. Ticket Category Mapping
Make sure that all your ticket categories in Regiondo are properly mapped to Viator's fixed set of price rates.
3. Pricing Type
As group pricing has recently been introduced, make sure that your pricing structure for connected products matches in both systems to prevent sync issues.
- Group tours: set Group Option to Yes in Regiondo’s mapping interface
- Tickets per person: set Group Option to No
4. Day Tickets
If you are selling tickets that are valid for a specific day but not a specific starting time:
- Make sure the option Day Ticket is enabled in the Regiondo Offer > Step 4. Validity
- In your Viator supplier portal, make sure the product is configured using Opening Hours
