Day tickets are valid for a specific date but not a specific start time — for example, admission to an attraction that is open all day. This article explains how to configure a day ticket so it syncs correctly between Regiondo and Viator.
Before proceeding, make sure the connection is already active, as described in How to connect to Viator?
1. Enable the day ticket setting in Regiondo
1.1. In your Regiondo dashboard, go to Manage offers > My offers and open the offer.
1.2. Go to Step 4. Validity.
1.3. Enable the Day Ticket option.
For more detail on these settings, see the article: How can I offer day tickets?
1.4. Check that the price list has only one time range per weekday. If it contains multiple time ranges for the same day (for example, Monday: 08:00–12:00 and 15:00–19:00), that price list cannot be mapped to Viator.
Why: Viator only sends the booking date and does not include the selected time range in its booking requests. When multiple ranges are configured for the same day, it is not possible to determine which one should be applied.
2. Configure the product with Opening Hours in Viator
In your Viator Supplier Management Center, the connected product must be configured using Opening Hours rather than fixed start times. If the product uses start times, the day ticket availability will not sync correctly.
3. Map the product as usual
Once both settings are in place, connect and map the product using the standard process described in How to connect to Viator?
