You can also order tax invoices for your customers via your partner account. However, this requires that the provider has activated the option "Send tax invoice to participants" under Shop Configuration > Tax Options in their user account.
1. Process the booking via the POS
Follow the standard process in order to add a booking via the POS of your partner account.
2. Send the tax invoice
After you have processed the booking, you can send the tax invoice to the customer from the booking page.
To do this, click on the "Actions" and "Send tax invoice" buttons next to the customer data.
A new section will open. Here, you can enter the buyer information for the tax receipt.
