Regiondo issues you invoices for the fees and commission on your bookings, and for your subscription. Here is where to find them and what your tax invoice shows.
1. Where to find your invoices
Booking-fee and subscription invoices are kept in different places.
| Invoice type | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Booking fees and commission | In your Dashboard, under Settings > Bills |
| Subscription | Sent by email to your billing address. These are not available in your Dashboard. |
If you need a copy of a subscription invoice, contact the Support Team providing the invoice month and your admin login email address.
2. What your tax invoice shows
On your tax invoice you will find the Debitor Number, the Invoice Number, your VAT Number and your Account Number.
3. Change your tax invoice data
In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Settings > Supplier Information > Invoice data to edit the information shown on your tax invoice.
4. Tax invoice positions
| Position | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Dispute fees | Chargebacks from customers that disputed transactions with their bank |
| Refund fees (value vouchers) | The booking fees from the original sale, which remain payable when a booking is refunded as a value voucher. Issuing the value voucher also incurs a ticket fee. |
| Refund fees (online refund) | The booking fees from the original sale, which remain payable when a booking is refunded with an online payment. Cancelling a booking does not generate a new commission. |
| Processing fees (offline payment) | Processing fees for offline payment methods |
| Processing fees (own online payment gateway) | Processing fees for your own payment gateway, for example your own PayPal account |
| Processing fees (online payment) | Processing fees for online payment methods using the Regiondo payment gateway |
Note:
These are not the amounts refunded to your customers. For how a refund appears on your invoice, see the related articles below.
5. Open amount
The Open amount column on your tax invoice shows the remaining amount you will receive in one of the next payouts after the bill is generated.
It can be positive when payments are recorded in Stripe and a payout is scheduled shortly after the bill is generated, negative when you owe us an amount, or €0.00 when there is nothing to pay out.
Note:
For what to do about a negative open amount, and why you may see a difference of a few cents, see the related articles section.
