Day tickets can be connected to GetYourGuide for both individual and group bookings by configuring the required availability settings as described below.
Before proceeding, make sure the connection is already active, as described in the article: How to connect to GetYourGuide.
1. Set up the Day Tickets in the Offer
1.1. In your Regiondo Dashboard, go to Manage Offers > My Offers and open the offer that you want to connect.
1.2. At point 4. Validity, configure the opening hours based on the availability settings defined during product creation.
Note: GetYourGuide supports only one availability window per day for day tickets, for example 08:00–20:00. It is not possible to submit multiple availability windows for the same day, such as 08:00–11:00 and 13:00–16:00.
2. Mapping Day Tickets in Channel Manager
2.1. In your Regiondo account, go to Channel Manager > Sales Channels and select GetYourGuide. Then open the day ticket product that you want to connect.
2.2. Select whether your day tickets are for individuals or groups.
A. Day Tickets for Individuals
Availability Type: select Individual
Product type: select Time Period (day ticket)
B. Day tickets for groups
Availability Type: select Group.
Group Option: select the corresponding ticket category.
Group Size: set the minimum and maximum number of participants for the group.
Product Type: select Time period (day ticket).
Opening Hours: configure the availability based on the settings defined during product creation.
